I have a friend , he always made jokes of my dress code. I noticed that he was always dressed smart so one day I asked him where he was from.....Congo Brazzavile he said. He then explained to me that clothes maketh the man. It did not matter what your financial situation was, you always have to look good. So today I was fortunate to run into his country man. I was impressed!
